We perforate steel up to 1" thick and as thin as twenty-four thousandths of an inch. With over 1,500 dies in stock, we can manufacture perforated products with holes from 0.050" to 10". We offer extensive fabrication capabilities including bending, forming, cylinder rolling, circle shearing, flame cutting, welding, braising, and assembly. We employ CAD and CAM to turn your specifications into products promptly, precisely and dependably. We strive for same day response for quotations. Centrally located in Chicago where stock is readily available, we purchase materials aggressively and pass the savings on to you. Or we will perforate your material.
